Reflection: This was my first school placement which I was team teaching for with one of my peers. We had a Fourth class group for the duration of this experience. I felt quite comfortable with the children and have previous experience working with young children as I have a Level 5 in Childcare and have worked in several crèches prior to commencing this course. The most difficult part for me was trying to verbalise my opinions and have them heard. Sometimes it can be difficult working with others, especially if they are not willing to adapt their way of thinking and take constructive criticism.
